More than banking: BT alongside entrepreneurs in the Made in Romania program
Banca Transilvania supported the Made in Romania mentoring program for entrepreneurs again this year, throughout all its stages, and on May 14 it joined representatives of the 15 finalist companies at the gala held in Bucharest. 7 of these, BT clients, were entered in the competition by the bank to benefit from a long-term development support program.
The Banca Transilvania Financial Group was represented at the event — including to present two of the awards — by Radu Hanga, Senior Advisor to the Board, and Dan Rusu, Head of Research, both directly involved in developing this initiative, including as members of the Jury and the Nomination Committee, respectively.
The winning companies will receive assistance and workshops on branding, marketing, sales techniques, product development, management, financing alternatives, financial reporting, investor relations and stock exchange listing.
Made in Romania was launched by the Bucharest Stock Exchange three years ago, and the BT Financial Group has been among the partners from the outset. The application stage for companies took place in February–March this year, across three categories: start-ups, SMEs and large companies.
